Green Bean and Potato Salad Recipe Submitted by: Jessica, TN This is a tasty green bean and potato salad recipe that I use for lunches and side dishes. It is tasty and by boiling potatoes the night before, can be done real quick the next day. I usually prepare a lot of precooked and cut potatoes that I store ready to use. For my green beans I prefer to steam them with no flavoring. Green Bean and Potato Salad Recipe Ingredients 3 pounds small red potatoes
3/4 pound green beans
1/2 small red onion, sliced
1/4 cup basil, chopped Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

The dressing can be made into larger portions and stored as well as the potatoes and green beans to cut prep time by more than half.
