Baby Veggies Pasta Salad Recipe

I created this pasta salad after trying some great meals at some restaurants and discovering some great baby vegetables. The baby vegetables I use here are great for pasta salad and I prefer using a light Italian dressing that adds a light flavor to the pasta and vegetables. I would like to know what everyone thinks about this recipe.

Baby Veggies Pasta Salad Recipe Ingredients

3 cups orecchiette pasta
1 cup sliced baby carrots
1 cup sliced baby corn
1 cup sliced baby green zucchini
1/2 cup Hidden Valley fat Free Italian dressing

Baby Veggies Pasta Tip

Baby vegetables are sometimes harder to find as some of these vegetables are not carried in local grocery stores. Special organic grocery stores, Asian markets, and even online food stores maybe the only places to find these non-traditional vegetables.

Baby Veggies Pasta Salad Recipe Directions

First boil the orecchiette pasta until well cooked. While the pasta is boiling, steam the baby vegetables so they are cooked yet still provide a nice crunchy taste. After draining the pasta, add to a large bowl with the rest of the vegetables and toss well. Use the Hidden Valley fat Free Italian dressing to add flavor then refrigerate and serve.
