I take this macaroni salad to parties all the time and it is a hit. I am dying to see what everyone thinks. Meaty Macaroni Salad Recipe Ingredients 1 pkg shell macaroni
1 pkg lean ground beef
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
4 eggs hard boiled
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar

Instead of ground beef, beef in narrow strips like fajita meat can be used as well. The macaroni can also be added to the skillet for a few minutes.

Meaty Macaroni Salad Recipe Directions
First cook the macaroni and drain. Then cook the ground beef in a skillet using a little vegetable oil. Season with the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Add the celery and onions to the skillet and continue to saute. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Add the egg yolks to the skillet and mash into the liquid. In a large bowl combine the macaroni with the meat mixture and use the liquid from the skillet as dressing. Serve on some lettuce leaves when ready.
